A Little Self-Disclosure

In June of 2022, I had lost her dad, who was my buddy and my twin, to Leukaemia.

I'm sharing this with you all as a moment of vulnerability to create human connection for those who have experienced losing someone close to them.

I have held this grief near and dear to my heart.

Because of this, it has inspired me to share the process of my grief, his courageous story, and extend his strength within myself to better support and connect with others who may be struggling with their own grief process of any kind.

Grief can be an uncomfortable, scary, and an emotional journey for us, not to mention different for everyone.

With any type of grief you may be experiencing - death, loss of job, relationship ending, or difficult life transitions -please know that you are never alone and that there is always a Safe Place within reach.

Thank you for everything, dad.

It All Starts with Trust

At SPT, we understand how difficult it is when making that decision to begin to understand your life story.
