Hello! I’m a Registered Psychotherapist and I support individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected in navigating emotional challenges and building stronger relationships with themselves and others. By healing past wounds, understanding emotional needs, and finding calm in difficult moments, I create a supportive space for fostering self-compassion and lasting personal growth.

When I’m not working alongside my wonderful clients, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, painting, reading, and golfing. I’m always interested in trying new things, whether a new hobby or activity, a new restaurant, or finding a new TV show to binge!
