About Maya
Hello! I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) offering support to adolescents and adults experiencing challenges related to anxiety, stress, depression, relationship concerns, trauma, grief, life transitions and self-esteem. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy which is why I'm passionate about working together to determine what is needed in our space to support you best. I always strive to provide a safe, collaborative and empowering space.

Psychodynamic Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Informed and Strengths-Based.
Little About Me
When I’m not working alongside my wonderful clients, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, painting, reading, and golfing. I’m always interested in trying new things, whether a new hobby or activity, a new restaurant, or finding a new TV show to binge!
