Hello!
I'm a Student Psychotherapist dedicated to supporting adolescents, adults, and couples in their journeys toward healing and self-discovery. I believe that you are the expert of your own experiences, and my role is to provide a safe, empathetic space for exploration and growth. I value collaboration and will work alongside you to establish goals that resonate with your vision for your life. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and understanding, ensuring that you feel heard and supported throughout our sessions.
Approaches to Therapy
Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed and Strengths Based.
Little About Me
When I am not working I love to spend time with my family and friends. I enjoy travelling, working out and spending anytime I can in the sunshine. I am always finding a new true crime series to watch on Netflix and love spending time with my fur baby, Noodles.
