Life has a way of pulling us in a hundred different directions — work, relationships, expectations, past experiences we’re still carrying, and emotions we don’t always know how to name. Over time, that weight can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who we are beneath all the noise.
Maya, one of our Registered Psychotherapists here at Safe Place Therapy, creates a space where you can slow down, breathe, and finally check in with yourself. Her work centers on helping individuals heal emotional wounds, understand their needs, and build healthier, more compassionate relationships with themselves and the people around them.
🫶 A Space to Be Yourself Again
Maya supports individuals who are navigating:
Anxiety & stress
Depression
Relationship concerns
Trauma
Grief
Life transitions
Self-esteem challenges
Her approach isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about gently uncovering what’s been weighing you down and helping you understand it with clarity and kindness. She meets clients exactly where they are, creating a warm, steady environment where you never have to pretend you’re okay when you’re not.
