Finding Your Way Back to Each Other: Rebecca’s Approach to Strengthening Couples & Families

ree

Relationships are one of the most important parts of our lives, yet they’re also one of the places where many of us feel the most stuck, overwhelmed, or misunderstood. If you’ve been feeling disconnected from your partner, struggling to communicate, or noticing the same arguments happening again and again, you’re not alone.

Rebecca, one of our Psychotherapists (Qualifying) here at Safe Place Therapy, has a real passion for helping couples rebuild trust, deepen intimacy, and communicate more openly. Her work is all about creating a space where both people can breathe a little easier, speak without fear of judgment, and feel truly heard.

💬 What It’s Like to Work With Rebecca

Rebecca brings a warm, grounded, and human approach to therapy. She believes that relationships thrive when people feel safe enough to be honest, not perfect.

In sessions, she helps couples slow things down, unpack the patterns that keep showing up (even when you can’t quite name them), and learn healthier ways of interacting. Whether you’re navigating a big life transition, parenting challenges, conflict, or moments of broken trust, she offers tools that help you reconnect rather than shut down.

Her goal? To help you understand each other better, communicate more effectively, and rebuild the closeness you’ve been missing.

☀️ A Little More About Rebecca

Rebecca loves spending time with her family and friends, travelling, working out, and soaking up any sunshine she can find. She’s also a true crime fan (always discovering a new series on Netflix!) and adores time with her sweet little fur baby, Noodles.
